I remember having a stuffed frog when I was a kid that had herbs to help me sleep. Honestly, it was one of the best memories of my childhood. Having lost it long ago, I decided to try to track one down for that and similar purposes. While I failed in my quest for an identical companion, I did find these.I cannot say enough positive about these!I have to admit, they even look homemade. Some people will, of course, prefer a mass-made appearance, something so many relate to quality in this day and age, but, in this case at least, it is not the case. These are good-quality, durable, great-smelling and absolutely perfect for backaches, headaches, sore eyes, etc. My husband recently had surgery on one of his feet, and we have been using these to help ease the sore muscles that come with crutches and loss of use of one limb. I couldn’t be more thrilled that we got these, and we are now planning to purchase a set for a family member with back issues.

I picked these up at a mall kiosk years ago; little did I know, then, that I would develop chronic pain issues. They’ve been a lifesaver. And last winter, I discovered they’re a nifty bedwarmer, too. Pop ’em in the microwave, stick ’em under the blankets but over the sheets while getting ready for bed… toasty warm. Not the intended use, of course, but hey – it works! 🙂

I love this heating pad and cool pack set, I have severe neck and back pain, and it helps especially with the herbs in it. It is perfect for someone with problems with pain. both the cool and heating pads work great and smell wonderful and relax you.

I recently acquired a microwave and although I don’t believe in using them to cook because of the radiation, I am excited to heat up herbal packs for cramps. I thought this would be a nice set to have around.As soon as I opened the bag it comes in the odor of cheap, old toothpaste filled the air and began giving me a headache. I was hoping for the natural smell of fresh, unprocessed mint or at least the sugary-sweet scent of candy canes. I rifled through the items as the headache intensified, extremely disappointed to find that in addition to the awful stench the abdominal heat pack is small and slender with a back strap. The strap gets in the way and it’s much too long and too slender. I quickly packed it back up again and showed my husband when he came home from work. He agreed that they stank and were oddly shaped, not conducive for use.
