Depending on the item(s) you purchase on naturecreation.com and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods.
Yes. We ship our products all over the world except Australia, Iran & North Korea (due to customs regulations and restrictions). Your country might have special rules for the importation of natural products for personal use. For more information regarding your country’s policies, please contact your local customs office and import authorities, in case you need any more information about the products in your order we will be happy to provide it to you upon request.
When shipping out of the U.S., your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Nature Creation ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered for your package to clear customs.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option and enter your order number and email address or sign in to your account.
We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.
For domestic US delivery, please add an additional 2-4 business days for the ground shipping method.
For expedited domestic delivery, please add additional business days based on the shipping method you have selected:
- 1 for overnight shipping
- 2 for 2-Days shipping
For an international shipping method, please add 7-14 business days.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders, and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.
Sure. We use PayPal Secured Payment gateway. Your payment method information is not visible or accessible to us and is secured with PayPal. Therefore, your payment information is not stored in our records.
We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, Nature Creation reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.
Orders and returns
Sure. If you received a gift that was purchased on www.myhotpack.com, we would gladly send you a refund in the form of a gift certificate or product exchange. If you are exchanging for merchandise of higher value, payment for the remaining balance will be required.
Exchange only – You can exchange any products you purchase from our authorized distributors within 30 days of the date of purchase (copy of sales receipt required).
Returns/Refunds – All of our distributors are independent and have their return/refund policies. If you would prefer to get a refund, you should check the return policy of the store you purchased from and contact them directly.
Please be advised that Nature Creation® is the manufacturer of the products which we wholesale nationwide through regional distributors. Kindly note that the retail store where you purchased the product is an independent retailer and not Nature Creation® store. Nature Creation only retails its products online through our websites and other online markets. Nature Creation has no control over the pricing, policies, and marketing strategies of independent retailers.

Yes, all of our products have a one-year manufacturing warranty. An additional 6 month extended warranty is valid for products purchased on this website.
The warranty covers product failure due to manufacturer defects. All returns are subject to company inspection to determine whether the reason for the product failure is under warranty. Learn more.

Yes, if the product is not warm enough, you can add increments of heat time. For the increment times, please read the product instructions. Do not exceed 3 increments.
Our microwave heat packs can be used as cold packs; however, please note that these pads are not meant to be used as ice packs. They do not get as cold as an ice pack or a regular cold wrap.
Our gel ice packs are not intended for heat therapy.
To clean the pack, wipe the fabric with a damp towel or wipes. Please do not wash or soak the product with water – it will ruin the filling ingredients and will no longer be usable.
For packs that arrive with a protective cover:
- The protective cover is machine washable.
- To clean the pack, follow the instructions above.
Yes, all of our products are filled with natural food-based herbs and grains and are pet friendly.
The Nature Creation® brand microwave heating pads are filled with high-quality natural herbs and grains. The herbs provide a soothing aroma, and the grains maintain the heat. While using our product, the scent will gradually fade. The longevity of the smell depends on the amount of usage, proper storage, and of course, the age of the product. The expiration date reflects the date when the product is not fresh anymore according to the manufacturer’s standards. We recommend replacing the product at least every 2 years.
