Nature Creation’s Spine & Back Microwavable Heating Pad is a multipurpose moist heat pack and cold pack designed to relieve pain along the spinal cord, lower back, upper back, and abdomen areas. It has 2 Elastic Velcro straps that secure it safely in place, allowing the user free mobility while applying the pack. It is reusable and can be used as a heat pack, a moist heat pack, and a cold pack. It is commonly used by people to relieve back & spine injuries.
People commonly use it as a heating pad for temporary spinal pain relief, cervical spine aches ease, and upper & lower backaches relief. You can also use it to relieve muscle pain temporarily and menstrual cramps, reduce swelling and muscle stiffness and promote muscle relaxation.

Directions
Apply the Nature Creation® Spine & Back heating pad on the desired area for relief. Do not apply directly to the skin. The recommended duration for each application is 10-30 minutes. Repeat as needed. Use caution when applying to sensitive parts of the body. When using on children, adult supervision is advised.
To use as a hot pack: Before heating, remove any paper and plastic packaging from the wrap.
Heat the wrap in the microwave for 1½ minutes. If the wrap is not warm enough, heat for another 20 seconds. To reuse after application, reheat for 45 seconds. If the microwave does not have a turntable, turn the wrap over halfway through the heating process to even out the temperature of the wrap and avoid hot spots. Do not overheat the product.
For moist heat:Â Before heating, mist the fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate the product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.
To use as a cold pack: For effective cold use, put the wrap inside a plastic sealable bag and put it in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
Storage: When not in use, store the wrap in a plastic sealable bag in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the wrap in the microwave on high for 1 minute and then store inside the freezer as instructed.
Caution:
- For external use only. Use as directed.
- Do not overheat the pack. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
- Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
- Do not saturate the product – Do not soak or get the herbs wet.
