Additional Heating Tips
- Do not wash or wet the wrap. If it gets dirty, simply clean with disinfectant wipes.
- Make sure that the wrap is clean and dry before heating in the microwave.
- Place the wrap on a clean dry plate.
- Make sure that the wrap is folded so it does not touch the sides of the microwave.
Heating Instructions
- Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds. Add increments of 30 seconds for additional warmth.
- Reheating the product in the same session should be done after 12 minutes minimum.
- Heating times are based on a 1000-Watt microwave. Please adjust according to your microwave wattage. Do Not Overheat.
- Heat therapy duration: 15-25 minutes
For Cold Therapy: Chill product in the freezer in a tightly sealed plastic ziplock bag for at least two hours.
Cold therapy duration: 5-10 minutes. Please note that the wrap does not get as cold as a gel pack.
Filling ingredients: Cloves, Lavender Flowers, Flax Seeds, and Rice.

International shipping:
We ship our products all over the world. When shipping out of the U.S., your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Every country has its own rules & policies. We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered for your package to clear customs.
Apply the heating pad to the desired area of the body. Make sure to remove any paper and plastic packaging.
Heat Therapy: Heat in microwave for 90 seconds. If the product is not warm enough, heat it for an additional 20 seconds. Reheat after 10 minutes (minimum) in the same session for 45 seconds.
Heat Therapy Duration 15-25 minutes. Reheating the product in the same session should be done after 10 minutes minimum.
*When used hot, apply the product to the desired body area over a layer of clothing.

Cold Therapy: Chill product in the freezer in a tightly sealed plastic zip lock bag for two hours.
Cold Therapy Duration 5-10 minutes.
Product Storage: Store the product in a tightly sealed plastic ziplock bag in a cool, dry place. You can also store it in the freezer. It preserves the product for longer and also allows you to use cold therapy right away. You may heat the product directly after taking it out of the freezer for heat therapy.
Cleaning Instructions: To clean the product, simply wipe the fabric with a damp towel or wipes. Do not wash or soak the product with water – it will ruin the filling ingredients.
Caution:
- For external use only. Use as directed.
- Do not overheat the pack. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
- Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
- Do not saturate the product – Do not soak or get the packs wet.
