Directions
Apply the Nature Creation® Shoulders PLUS heating pack on the desired area as needed. Use over clothing. Do not apply directly to the skin.
The recommended duration of each application is 10-30 minutes. Repeat as needed.
Use caution when applying it to sensitive parts of the body. When using on children, adult supervision is advised.
To use it as a hot pack: Prior to heating, remove any paper and plastic packaging from the pack. Heat in the microwave for 1½ minutes. If it is not warm enough, heat for another 15 seconds. To reuse after application, reheat for 45 seconds. If the microwave does not have a turntable, turn the pack over halfway through the heating process to even out the temperature and avoid hot spots. Do not overheat the product.
For moist heat: Prior to heating, mist the fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate the product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.
To use it as a cold pack: Place inside a resealable plastic bag and put it in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
Storage: When not in use, store the pack in a resealable plastic bag in the freezer. Prior to the first storage, heat the pack in the microwave on high for 1 minute and then store in the freezer as instructed.
Cleaning:
Wipe the product with a wet cloth or water based wet wipes. Do not saturate the product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.
Caution:
- For external use only. Use as directed.
- Do not overheat the pack. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
- Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue using it immediately.

20 years ago my wife bought one of these heavy microwave scented neck pads. The scent changed and faded a bit but was still pleasant — 20 years later. However, after two decades of almost daily use and being thrown about, a tear finally formed and the filling finally came out. The tag read Nature’s Best and had a website listed long since gone. Through the Wayback machine, was able to get the ingredient list of the herbs used and it matched every ingredient listed for Nature Creation. Ordered it and sure enough THIS is the same weight, feel and scent of the one we bought before. So if you’re looking to replace the one you had two decades ago — buy this one. The colors have changed, and this design is a little better with the raised neck, but everything else is the same. Not promising it will last 20 years, but our first one did.

This wrap is exactly what I was searching for to replace my former wrap. The aroma is perfect and not overwhelmingly strong. I love the weighted feel of the wrap on my shoulders. The cotton fabric is exactly the same as my former wrap was made with, which is awesome. The neck section isnt too high or low for me. This wrap fits me great! I will buy another one in the future. The price matches the quality. Highly recommend!!

I’ve bought these pads for many years and I loved them. I recently purchased this one as it comes up higher on the back of the neck. Unfortunately, the picture is a bit misleading. While it does come up high on the back of the neck, there is barely anything that goes back over the shoulders. I miss the official website and the quality of product I’m used to.
