Our abdomen pack is a multipurpose microwave heating pack. This unique design is intended to fit the abdomen and lower back areas. The tubular design allows effective distribution of the filling materials for optimal heat treatment & maximum comfort. An elastic strap secures it safely to the desired area, allowing the user to move freely while applying the pack. The Abdomen Heating Pad pack is reusable and can be used hot, moist, or cold.

Directions
Apply Nature Creation’s Menstrual Cramp’s heating pad on the desired area for relief. Do not apply directly to the skin. Repeat as necessary, 10-30 minutes application recommended. Use caution when applying on sensitive parts of the body. When using on children adult supervision is advised.
To use as a hot pack: Prior to heating, remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging. Before heating, fold the Menstrual Cramps Reliever Pack in the middle and make sure the Velcro straps are tucked between the pack’s sections.
Heat on high in the microwave for 1 ¼ minute. If the pack is not warm enough, add 15 seconds of heating time. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the pack halfway through the heating process to even out temperature on the entire pack and avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat for 45 seconds. Do not overheat the product.
For moist heat: Prior to heating, mist fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate the product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.
To use as a cold pack: For effective cold use, put the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put it in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
Storage: Put the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put it in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the pack in the microwave on high for 1 minute and then store inside the freezer as instructed.
Cleaning: Wipe the product with wet cloth. Do not soak the pack or get the herbs wet.
Caution:
- For external use only. Use as directed.
- Do not overheat the pack. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
- Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
- Do not saturate the product – Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

I stopped using this a while back and it was sitting on a high shelf for quite a while (disclaimer). I started seeing weird bugs around where it was but didn’t make the connection that the bugs were coming from the heat wrap. Finally realized it and there were little holes where these bugs were burrowing through the cloth. It’s all natural so not entirely surprised but I wouldn’t buy it again because of this. Or maybe storing it in the fridge or freezer would help?
