Directions
This set contains 3 different packs. Please follow the instructions below:
Directions for: 3 Pockets style & Back Belt style
It contains 3 rice packs inside one cover containing separate pockets for even distribution of heat and cold.
Heating Instructions:
- Heat in Microwave oven only. Do not use a conventional oven.
- Be sure the oven is clean, previous spills may cause burns or ignition.
- 2 minutes is enough! Heating time may vary among ovens, heat the first time for only 2 minutes. Heat no more than 1 minute at one time!
- Test temperature of Hot Pockets before using.
- Reheat as needed.
Stays warm for about 25 minutes.
Freezing Instruction:
- Enclose in a plastic bag.
- Put in the freezer overnight for a cold pack that remains dry and pliable.
Stays cold for about 15 minutes.
Cleaning Instructions:
- Remove Inner rice pack before laundering.
- Only the outer covering is washable.
- Follow the instruction as appears on the label which sewed to the outer covering.
- To clean the rice pack wipe them with a wet cloth.
- Do not soak the rice pack and do not get them wet.
Recommended Storage:
- Place in plastic bag and store in the freezer.
- The pack will be ready to use when cold is needed.
- If heat is required, place in the microwave and heat it as needed.
Caution:
- For external use only. Use as directed.
- Do not overheat the pack. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
- Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
- Do not saturate the product – Do not soak or get the pack wet.
Directions for Stress Relieving Lavender Eye Pillow
Lie down and place the Pillow over eyes and face. The Stress Relieving Eye Pillow gently conforms to the shape of the face And eyes to soothe and relax tired eyes.
Can be used cold:
Place in the original package or plastic bag put in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove And soften by gently massaging between hands. Place over eyes to relieve puffiness.
Cleaning Instructions:
- To clean the rice pouches wipe them with a wet cloth.
- Do not soak the rice pouches and do not get them wet.

We needed a new rice bag and this set looked perfect. The two larger ones are essentially the same size but one does come with a longer strap so you can wrap it around your shoulder. I didn’t red the description well enough though and I thought the eye bag was also filled with rice. I get sinus headaches and I wanted a rice bag to bring heat and relief to around my eye area. You cannot heat the eye wrap. It can only be frozen. That is the only disappointment I have but it was from my own fault of not carefully reading about the product. The products are well made and the look nice. The large ones heat up well and cool nicely. My husband likes the one with the longer strap that he can use for his dislocated shoulder pain. Overall it was a good purchase.

I absolutely love these heating pads. I suffer from multiple slipped discs in my lower back and a neck that cramps regularly. These are the best heating pads because you can heat them up and then wear them around the house. The neck pad just drapes around your neck, but it’s long enough to stay in place. The back pad has an elastic belt with a Velcro closure that keeps the whole pad firmly in place. These have provided me more relief than just about anything else.
