A 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase is valid for all Nature Creation products purchased from authorized dealers only! Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered by the warranty and will not be serviced.
The warranty covers product failure due to manufacturer defects. All returns are subject to company inspection to determine whether the reason for the product failure is under warranty.
