Apply the SensaCare® Basic Herb Pack on the desired area for relief. Do not apply directly on skin. Recommended duration for each application is 10-30 minutes. Repeat as needed. Use caution when applying to sensitive parts of the body. When using on children, adult supervision is advised.

To use as hot pack: Prior to heating, remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging. Heat on high in microwave for 1 minutes. If pack is not warm enough, add 15 seconds heating time. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the pack halfway through heating process to even out temperature on the entire pack and avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat for 30 seconds. Do not overheat product.

For moist heat: Prior to heating, mist fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

To use as a cold pack: For effective cold use, put the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

Storage: Put the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the pack in the microwave on high for 1 minute and then store inside the freezer as instructed.

Cleaning: Wipe the product with a wet cloth.

Caution:

Do not overheat the pack. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
Do not saturate the product – Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

Q: What is the difference between SensaCare Relief products & Nature Creation products?

A: The SensaCare Relief products are the upgraded version of the Nature Creation Line. They have 3 main improvements:
1. They are filled with our Premium Aromatic Blend which contains 50% more active herbs (compare to the standard one used for Nature Creation line). It is stronger and last longer.
2. They are made of corduroy fabric (compare to the cotton fabric used for Nature Creation Line) which makes them more durable and improve the hot & cold retention.
3. Improved stitching technics for the SensaCare Relief products enhances their durability and makes them extra comfortable.

Q: Can I use the product hot & cold?

A: Yes. The product is intended for multi-purpose applications. You can heat the product in the microwave and use it as a heat pack or cool it in the freezer and use it as a cold pack

Q: How long does the product stay warm?

A: It stays warm about 30 minutes (the warmth gradually decreases as time passes). Recommended Hot Therapy treatment time is 10-20 minutes.

Q: How long does the product stay cold?

A: It stays cold about 15 minutes (the coolness decrease as time passes). Recommended Cold Therapy treatment time is 5-15 minutes.

Q: How long will the aroma last?

A: The aroma can last up to 2 years. With time, the smell will gradually fade. The longevity of the aroma depends on the frequency of use and proper storage (see storage instruction).

Q: Is it reusable?

A: Yes. You can use it over and over again. Just reheat or refreeze according to the heating and cooling instructions on the product label and packaging.

Q: How can I clean it?

A: Wipe the product with a wet cloth or baby wipes. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

Q: How should I store the product?

A: When not in use, we recommend storing the product in a sealable plastic bag in the freezer. It will preserve the herbs and will increase the longevity of the aroma and the product life. It will also be ready to be used as a cold pack. If a heat pack is needed, take it out of the freezer, remove the plastic bag and heat the product in the microwave.

Q: I am sensitive to strong scents, do you have unscented products?

A: Yes. Some of the products are available unscented (filled only with wheat and flaxseed). If the product you want has ‘Aroma' option (next to the color selection), choose ‘UNSCENTED' option.
