Apply the SensaCare® Relaxation Lavender Eye Cover on the desired area for relief. Recommended duration for each application is 5-20 minutes. Repeat as needed. Use caution when applying to sensitive parts of the body. When using on children, adult supervision is advised.

To use as aromatic pack: it can be used in room temperature or be heated in the microwave to strengthen the lavender aroma. Prior to heating, remove any paper and plastic packaging from the pack. Heat the pack in the microwave for 10 seconds only !!!. Do not overheat the product.

To use as a cold pack: Remove the fleece cover from pack. For effective cold use, put the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

Storage: When not in use, remove the fleece cover from pack and store the pack in a plastic sealable bag in the freezer.

Caution:

  • For external use only. Use as directed.
  • Do not overheat the pack. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
  • Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
  • Do not saturate the product – Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

Q: What is the difference between SensaCare Relaxation Lavender Eye Cover & Nature Creation Lavender Eye Mask?

A: The SensaCare Relaxation Lavender Eye Cover is the upgraded version of the Nature Creation Lavender Eye Mask. It has 3 main improvements:
1. It is filled with our Premium Lavender Blend (compare to the standard one used for Nature Creation product) which contains 50% more active herbs. It is stronger and last longer.
2. It comes with a luxurious fleece covers for extra comfort, better durability, and easy cleaning.
3. It has improved stitching that enhances its durability and makes it extra comfortable.

Q: How can I use the Lavender Eye Mask?

A: : You can use it as an aromatic pack to relieve stress and tension and promote overall relaxation and good night sleep. You can also use it as a cooling mask around your eyes to reduce puffy eyes, relieve headaches and sunburns.

Q: Can I use the Lavender Eye Mask hot?

A: No. We are not recommending putting anything hot on your eyes. The only purpose of heating the Lavender Eye Mask in the microwave (for 10 seconds only!) is to enhance the lavender aroma.

Q: Can I heat the product with the cover?

A: Yes. Make sure your microwave is clean before placing the product inside.

Q: How long does the product stay cold?

A: It stays cold about 15 minutes (the coolness decrease as time passes). Recommended Cold Therapy treatment time is 5-15 minutes.

Q: How should I use it as an aromatic pack?

A: You place it on your eyes, forehead or your pillow. You can use the elastic band to secure it to your head if needed. You can also heat in the microwave for 10 seconds if you want a stronger aroma. Recommended application time is 10-20 minutes.

Q: How long will the aroma last?

A: The aroma can last up to 2 years. Over time, the aroma will gradually fade. The longevity of the aroma depends on the frequency of use and proper storage (see storage instruction).

Q: Is it reusable?

A: Yes. You can use it over and over again. Simply reheat or refreeze according to the heating and cooling instructions on the product label and packaging.

Q: How can I clean it?

A: The protective cover is machine washable; remove the protective cover from the product and follow the washing instructions as specified on the label sewed to the protective cover. To clean the product - wipe the product with a wet cloth or baby wipes. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

Q: How should I store the product?

A: When not in use, we recommend storing the product in a sealable plastic bag in the freezer. It will preserve the herbs and will increase the longevity of the aroma and the product life. It will also be ready to be used as a cold pack. If with a protective cover, remove it from the product, place it in a plastic bag and store it in the freezer.
