Apply SensaCare® Relaxation Back / Abdomen Wrap on desired area for relief. Do not apply directly on skin. Repeat as necessary, 10-30 minutes application recommended. Use caution when applying on sensitive parts of the body. When using on children adult supervision is advised.

To use as hot pack: Prior to heating, remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging. Before heating, fold the SensaCare® Relaxation Back / Abdomen Wrap in the middle and make sure the Velcro straps are tucked between the wrap’s sections.

Heat on high in microwave for 1 ¼ minutes. If wrap is not warm enough, add 15 seconds heating time. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the wrap halfway through heating process to even out temperature on the entire wrap and avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat for 45 seconds. Do not overheat product.

For moist heat: Prior to heating, mist fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

To use as a cold pack: Remove the fleece cover from wrap. For effective cold use, put the wrap inside a plastic sealable bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

Storage: When not in use, remove the fleece cover from wrap, put it in a plastic sealable bag and place it in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the pack in the microwave on high for 1 minute and then store inside the freezer as instructed.

Cleaning: Wipe the product with a wet cloth.

Caution:

  • For external use only. Use as directed.
  • Do not overheat the pack. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
  • Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
  • Do not saturate the product – Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

Q: What is the difference between SensaCare Relaxation line & Nature Creation line?

A: The SensaCare Relaxation line of products are an upgraded luxurious version of the Nature Creation Line of products. The SensaCare Relaxation products has 3 main improvements:
1. They are filled with our Premium Lavender Blend which contains 50% more active herbs (compare to the standard one used for Nature Creation product). It is stronger and last longer.
2. They come with a luxurious fleece covers for extra comfort, better durability, and easy cleaning.
3. They have improved stitching that enhances its durability and makes it extra comfortable.

Q: Can I use the product hot & cold?

A: Yes. The product is intended for multi-purpose applications. You can heat the product in the microwave and use it as a heat pack or cool it in the freezer and use it as a cold pack.

Q: How long does the product stay warm?

A: It stays warm about 30 minutes (the warmth gradually decreases as time passes). Recommended Hot Therapy treatment time is 10-20 minutes.

Q: How long does the product stay cold?

A: It stays cold about 15 minutes (the coolness decrease as time passes). Recommended Cold Therapy treatment time is 5-15 minutes.

Q: How does the product stays on?

A: The elastic Velcro strap secures safely in place allowing free movement while applying the product.

Q: Is the size of the Velcro strap fits all?

A: Yes. The Velcro strap (belt) is elastic which allows the product to be wrapped around for most people. An extension strap is also available if needed.

Q: How long will the aroma last?

A: The aroma can last up to 2 years. With time, the aroma will gradually fade. The longevity of the aroma depends on the frequency of use and proper storage (see storage instruction).

Q: Is it reusable?

A: Yes. You can use it over and over again. Simply reheat or refreeze according to the heating and cooling instructions on the product label and packaging.

Q: How can I clean it?

A: The protective cover is machine washable; remove the protective cover from the product and follow the washing instructions as specified on the label sewed to the protective cover. To clean the product - wipe the product with a wet cloth or baby wipes. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

Q: How should I store the product?

A: When not in use, we recommend storing the product in a sealable plastic bag in the freezer. It will preserve the herbs and will increase the longevity of the aroma and the product life. It will also be ready to be used as a cold pack. If a heat pack is needed, take it out of the freezer, remove the plastic bag and heat the product in the microwave. Remove the protective cover, place the pack in a plastic bag and store it in the freezer.
