Apply the Hot & Cold pad to the desired area of the body. Be sure to remove the paper and plastic packaging. Follow the instructions below as needed. Heat Therapy: Heat in the microwave for 1.5 to 2.0 minutes. Reheat after 12 minutes (minimum) in the same session for 45-60 seconds. Apply the product over a layer of clothing. Moist Heat: Lightly mist the fabric before following heating instructions. Cold Therapy: Chill product in the freezer in a tightly sealed plastic zip lock bag for two hours. Essential Oils: Before heating, put 3-5 drops of essential oil on the palm of your hand and rub in a circular motion on the Fleece Side of the product. For a stronger scent add 2-3 drops of oil and rub on the fleece. If using cold, apply the oil after removing product from the freezer. Product Storage: Store product in a tightly sealed plastic bag in a cool dry place. You can also store it in the freezer when not in use. It ensures longer preservation and allows you to use as Cold Therapy immediately. You may also heat the product directly after removing it from the freezer for Heat Therapy. Cleaning Instructions: Simply wipe the fabric with a damp towel or baby wipes. Do Not wash or soak product in water as it will ruin the filling ingredients.
