Take your hot/cold pack out of the package used hot, moist or cold.

To Use as Hot Pack: Prior to heating, remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging. Heat on high in Microwave for 2 minutes. If pack is not warm enough, add 30 seconds heating time. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the pack halfway through heating process to even out temperature on the entire pack and avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat for 1.5 minutes. Do not overheat product. Storage: When not in use keep the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the pack in the microwave on high for 1 minute and then store inside the freezer as instructed. Cleaning: Remove the fleece cover from the pack. the fleece cover is machine washable. please follow the laundry instructions on the fleece cover lable. If the herbal pack (insert) need cleaning, wipe it with a wet cloth. Do not put the herbal pack (insert) in the washing machine!!! Do not saturate the herbal pack and do not soak or get the herbs wet. Caution: For external use only. Use as directed.

Side effects may occur in pets with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
Do not over heat the product – Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
Be sure Microwave is clean – previous spills may cause burns or ignition.
Do not saturate the product – Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

“I bought the Pet Warmer for my Shih Tzu who has had some joint pains in the past. I heat it up for her and now she sleeps peacefully at night snuggling the pet warmer, I haven’t seen her sleep this well for quite some time now.
