Remove Nature Creation® Thermo Shoes from packaging. Remove any staples, plastic tags, and paper. Find and remove inner herb packs by opening the zipper at the sole of Thermo Shoes. Heat herb packs, Do not heat entire shoes. To use as a hot packs: Heat the herbal packs (Thermo Shoes Inserts) in the microwave on high for 40 seconds. If the packs are not warm enough, heat for another 10 seconds. If microwave does not have turntable, flip over half way through heating time to even out temperature and avoid hot spots. Insert the packs inside the designated compartment located at the bottom of the Thermo Shoes, close the zipper and enjoy. To reuse after application, reheat for 15 seconds. Do not overheat product. Cleaning: To clean the herbal packs (Thermo Shoes Inserts) wipe them with a wet cloth. Storage: Storage: When not in use keep the herbal packs (Thermo Shoes Inserts) inside a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the herbal packs (Thermo Shoes Inserts) in the microwave on high for 40 seconds then store in freezer as instructed. Caution:

For external use only. Use as directed.
Do not overheat the pack. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
Do not saturate the product – Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

Shoes work like a charm. One caveat: don’t walk too much because the cloth inserts will wear holes and you’ll lose the filling.

Staff are wonderful, friendly, and the company reture policy is the best one could hope for.
