Apply the Nature Creation® Breastfeeding Reliever on the desired area for relief. Use caution when applying to sensitive parts of the body. Apply arm to the breast to prevent clogged milk ducts and comfort mastitis. Apply cold to relieve engorgement and tenderness.

For warm use: Heat in microwave for 20 seconds. If the packs are not warm enough add 5 seconds heating time. If you do not have a turn table, flip over half way through heating time to avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat for 10 seconds. Do not overheat product.

For cold use: Place in plastic sealable bag in freezer for 1-2 hours.

Storage: When not in use store the packs in a plastic sealable bag in the freezer.

Caution:

For external use only. Use as directed.
Do not overheat the pack. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
Do not saturate the product – Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

“I received Breastfeeding Reliever as a baby shower gift and let me tell you, this is one of the best and useful gifts I have ever had. After my baby was born, I suffered from engorgement and mastitis (with my first daughter I used disgusting gel packs and cabbage leaves for relief-you do what you have to do). This item is wonderful, I could use it warm or cold and in addition to all that, enjoy the lavender aroma.
