Q: How do I use a coupon code online?

A: to apply a coupon, please follow the steps below:

1.      Move your mouse over the basket icon on the top right corner.


2.      Click on the ‘View Cart’ button.


3.     Add the coupon code on the attended text box.


4.      Click the ‘Apply Coupon’ button.


5.      The discount amount will appear under the Cart Subtotal field.


6.      In case of a coupon code error a message will appear on the top of the page with an explanation.





Q: How can I search for products quickly at NatureCreation.com?
A: You can quickly easily find what you’re looking for by using the search box at the upper right hand corner of every page.


Q: Where can I find product information and instructions?
A: Product directions, specifications and reviews are located on each product page.

Q: How do I receive special offers from naturecreation.com?
A: Sign-up for our e-mail newsletter at the bottom section of any page, to be the first to hear about special offers, new products, sales, specials, events and more.


Q: How can I unsubscribe from receiving Nature Creation e-mails?
A: Click on the “Safe Unsubscribe” link on the bottom part of your last mailer you received or send us an e-mail with “unsubscribe” in the subject to: sales@naturecreation.com. Please allow two business days for this request to take place.
Please note that you will still be asked to provide your e-mail address when ordering online so that we may contact you with information about your order.


International Orders

Q: Can I ship my order outside of the U.S.?
A: Yes. We ship our products all over the world. Your country might have special regulations for the importation of natural products for personal use. For more information regarding your country’s policies, please contact your local customs office and import authorities, in case you need any more information about the products in your order we will be happy to provide it to you upon request.

Q: I am shipping my order outside of the U.S. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?
A: When shipping out of the U.S. your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Nature Creation ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Q: How can I become a Nature Creation retailer?
A: You can apply for wholesale account here. Once you will be approved and your account will be established you will be able to place wholesale orders on our website.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: 30 days money back guaranteed or exchange for all orders placed on our website –www.naturecreation.com. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. Merchandise returned after 30 days may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a gift certificate.

Q: Can I return or exchange products I purchased in a store/mall cart to Nature Creation?
AExchange only – You can exchange any products you purchase from our authorized distributors within 30 days of the date of purchase (copy of sales receipt required).
Returns/Refunds – All of our distributors are independent and have their own return/refund policy. If you would prefer to get a refund, you should check the return policy of the store you purchased from and contact them directly.

  1. Can I return a gift?
    Yes. If you received a gift that was purchased on www.naturecreation.com, we will gladly send you a refund in the form of a gift certificate or product exchange. If you are exchanging for merchandise of higher value, payment for the remaining balance will be required.

Q: How do I make a return or exchange?
Please follow the next steps:

  1. Call us at 1 (888) 250-2010 Ext. 101 to receive RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Returns without RMA # will be declined and will be shipped back on customer’s expense.
  2. Please include a printable return/exchange form (available here) with your product
  3. Please mail your product/s to:

Please allow 30 days for us to receive and process your request. Upon receipt of your return, the product will be sent to our lab for inspection. Upon the inspection results, we will do one of the following:

  1. Credit you for the returned items if you qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee policy.
  2. Replace your product if you qualify for our one year warranty policy.
  3. Return the product to you if the product was abused, misused or if you are not covered by any of the policies above.
